If your barrel is a little out of spec or over pressure and makes the brass swell this is the die for you! It takes care of the belt or the smashed ring you get when you try to resize the brass. Run it thru the belt buster, resize with out the decapping pin in to make your neck tighter, then lastly run thru a mandrel and load. That's it not belt ring and not moving bullet!
