Crafted from American-made 1018 carbon steel, this barrel nut dramatically improves rigidity, reduces handguard-to-upper gap, and minimizes the number of shims required during installation. Expect a cleaner fit, tighter lock-up, and a significant improvement over standard BAR-style barrel nuts.

Built from U.S.-sourced 1018 carbon steel and machined in Texas, this nut provides a far more rigid mounting platform compared to aluminum alternatives, resulting in greater accuracy potential and long-term durability. This barrel nut is thicker than others decreasing it's elongation potential when shooting your precision gas gun from alternate positions.
Minimal Shims Required
Say goodbye to the 7–9 shims typically needed. Our design typically indexes with just 0–3 shims, simplifying installation and improving consistency when torqued to 55–65 ft-lbs using a reaction rod through the barrel extension.
