Enhanced Rigidity – Precise Wedge Fit Capability – American Made
These barrel nuts are specifically engineered to mount our ARCA handguards to a rigid, U.S. made carbon steel barrel nut—eliminating the need for a multitude of shims, while simultaneously wedging the handguard to the upper for an extremely solid lock up. Wedging the interface between your handguard and upper receiver gives a near monolithic feel to the upper assembly. In testing, this design has demonstrated up to a 138% increase in interface rigidity, with a minimum observed improvement of 36%, especially on uppers not inherently designed to prevent handguard shift.
This is a substantial upgrade from standard BAR barrel nuts.
