Our Accuracy Guarantee

Every M†E barrel is built with one goal in mind: exceptional, repeatable accuracy.

When paired with quality handloaded ammunition—or, in many cases, a variety of factory match ammunition—our Rifles and Uppers are expected to produce 0.5 MOA performance.

In fact, we expect many of our AR barrel customers to see groups that consistently ebb and flow between 0.4 and 0.6 MOA under normal shooting conditions. The only exception to that is 105-110 grain projectiles in 6 ARCs, they tend to range from .5-.7moa.

The Rifle Matters

While the barrel is the heart of a precision rifle, it is only one part of the system.

Many AR receivers and handguard systems on the market were originally engineered around 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington or .308 Winchester. Modern high-performance cartridges often place different demands on the upper receiver, barrel extension interface, barrel nut, and handguard system. Those differences can influence a rifle's overall accuracy potential.

Every Rifle Is Accuracy and Reliablity Verified Before It Ships

We don't assume a Barrel is correct—we verify it.

Every barrel is GO/NO-GO gauged at least three separate times during the manufacturing process:

  • After chambering on the lathe

  • Again in the barrel vise before the barrel extension is permanently installed

  • One final time after the barrel extension has been torqued and permanently secured

This ensures proper headspace is maintained throughout the entire manufacturing process.

Suppressor Alignment Is Checked on Every Barrel

Every threaded barrel is individually checked with a suppressor alignment rod before it leaves our shop.

To make this inspection as demanding as possible, we perform the test using a 9-inch direct-thread suppressor fixture, dramatically increasing our ability to detect even the smallest threading or alignment errors. The inspection itself is maintained to less than 0.0005" total indicated runout, allowing us to verify suppressor alignment with an extremely high degree of precision.

If there's an alignment issue nine inches in front of the muzzle, we'll find it before you ever mount a suppressor.

That's one less thing you'll ever have to worry about.
