To ensure your custom blank is machined to your exact requirements, please provide the following technical specifications. You can include these in the "Order Notes" during checkout or print this list and include it in the box with your blank.
1. Chambering & Caliber

Requested Caliber: (e.g., 6 ARC, 22 ARC, 223 Wylde, 6.5 Creedmoor)

Chambering Note: Are you using a specific reamer spec or freebore (e.g., .180 FB for 25 Creedmoor)?

Headspace: Will you be supplying the bolt to be headspaced to this barrel? (Highly Recommended)
2. Gas System Specifications

Gas System Length: (Pistol, Carbine, Mid, Rifle, or Rifle +1, +2, +3)

Gas Port Diameter: Would you like us to use our "Standard Match" diameter, or do you have a specific port size requirement for suppressed use?

Gas Block Journal: (Standard is .750", but we can accommodate .875" or .936" for heavy-profile builds.)
3. Muzzle & Threading

Thread Pitch: (e.g., 1/2x28, 5/8x24, or custom M18x1.0)

Muzzle Crown: (11-degree Target Crown is our standard unless otherwise specified.)

Shoulder Profile: Square shoulder or tapered (for specific suppressor mounts like Sig or Q)?
4. Contour & Aesthetics
