Technical Submission Form: AR Barrel Fit & Finish
To ensure your custom blank is machined to your exact requirements, please provide the following technical specifications. You can include these in the "Order Notes" during checkout or print this list and include it in the box with your blank.
1. Chambering & Caliber

Requested Caliber: (e.g., 6 ARC, 22 ARC, 223 Wylde, 6.5x47L etc..)

Chambering Note: Are you using a specific reamer spec or freebore, if not put what you bullet you want to shoot in it. 'll set it up for you)

Headspace: I will supply the JP HP 223 Bolts or Rexus Ultra-bolt for AR15 variant cartridges, and JP HP Bolts for AR10 cartridges if the option is selected.
2. Gas System Specifications

Gas System Length: (Pistol, Carbine, Mid, Rifle, or Rifle +1, +2, +3)

Gas Port Diameter: Would you like us to use our "Standard Match" diameter, or do you have a specific port size requirement you'd like to use?

Gas Block Journal: (Standard is .750", but we can accommodate .875" or .936" for heavy-profile builds.)
3. Muzzle & Threading

Thread Pitch: (e.g 5/8x24, 3/4-24 or custom M18x1.0)

Muzzle Crown: (11-degree Target Crown is our standard unless otherwise specified.)

Shoulder Profile: Square shoulder or tapered (for specific suppressor mounts like Sig or Q)?
4. Contour & Aesthetics

Barrel Contour: (e.g., Ultra-light, SPR, or Comp)

Finished Length: (Exact length from bolt face to muzzle.)

Finish Type: (Media Blast/Matte, Polished, or Cerakote? Cerakote is a separate add-on service.)
