The MTE Standard Mass M16 Carrier is a high-quality replacement carrier built for shooters who want proven reliability, durability, and smooth operation in an AR-platform rifle.
Machined from 8620 steel and treated with proprietary Blacknitride+™ surface treatment, this carrier offers excellent wear and corrosion resistance while reducing friction and carbon adhesion for easier cleaning and maintenance.
The full M16-profile, standard-mass design provides the reciprocating mass and operating characteristics expected from a traditional duty-grade carrier, making it an excellent choice for duty-grade rifles, suppressed platforms, hard-use builds, FRT modified rifles, or customers who simply prefer the reliability of a standard-mass operating system.
Each carrier comes complete with a billet gas key that is securely side-staked for dependable operation.
