Every rifle is evaluated the same way we evaluate our own competition and customer rifles: through live-fire testing and data-driven diagnostics.

The TNT Process

Step 1 — Ship Your Rifle

Send us your rifle exactly as you use it.

Include:

• The magazines you normally shoot (if relevant)
• The ammunition you want the rifle tuned around
• Any suppressor used with the rifle (if applicable)
• A description of the issue or your desired performance improvements

Step 2 — Live-Fire Diagnosis

Every rifle is taken to the range.

This isn’t a bench-top inspection.

We observe how the rifle actually behaves while firing to determine what’s causing the issue. Sometimes the fix is immediately obvious. Other times it requires a more in-depth evaluation.

Step 3 — Correct What We Can

If the rifle only needs a simple adjustment, we’ll make it.

Whenever possible, we avoid recommending unnecessary replacement parts. Our first priority is solving the problem while keeping your costs reasonable.

If new components truly are required, we’ll explain why before any work is performed.

Step 4 — Detailed Consultation

Once we’ve completed the evaluation, we’ll contact you with a full report.

We’ll discuss:

• What we found
• Why the problem exists
• Recommended corrections
• Expected improvements
• Different performance options available

Step 6 — Verification

Once the work is complete, your rifle is test fired again to verify proper function.

Only after we’ve confirmed the rifle performs as intended will it be packaged and returned.
