Whether you’ve built your rifle with top-shelf parts or budget-friendly components, if it’s not running right — I can help. Send it to me in its current configuration, and I’ll return it as a fully functioning rifle.

No brand loyalty, no parts shaming — just honest, straightforward troubleshooting and repair. I’ll diagnose the issue, fix what’s needed, and include a detailed report on what went wrong. If any parts need to be replaced, I’ll contact you first to discuss your options before moving forward.

This was always my favorite service to offer during my time at SGT OF ARMS — getting rifles running right when everyone says it can't be done is what I do best!

The process is simple. 

How It Works

Step 1 - Purchase the Diagnostic Service

After checkout, you can either:

• Purchase our optional hard rifle case and prepaid round-trip label, or
• Ship your rifle directly to:

Step 2 - Diagnosis

We will take your rifle and ammo to the range and get a firm diagnosis of the issue. 

Step 3 - Repair Approval                                                     

We will contact you and discuss the necessary repairs or potential costs associated. If it is a simple fix that I can immediately remedy for you that will be included in the fee of this service already paid. 

Step 4 - Return Shipment

We send you a functional rifle back, a short video of function can be requested.

It's that easy. The sender does not have to ship this from an FFL as ownership of the firearm remains yours.
